Nature is bringing its usual performance of colour with life bursting out everywhere. The perfection of a blooming flower is a reminder of bringing the best colour and brightness to an often grey world.

Performance of Your Life is also returning after a period of hibernation. Created in 2021 with a simple mission to share knowledge, it’s time to refine and grow.

Based in #Glasgow there will be the same philosophy of using my career skills and knowledge to help others in whatever way helps them grow.

Founded in a lifelong love of the arts, and particularly live music, it is exciting to announce that a core element from Summer 2026 will be artist management in the music industry. This has arrived in my life through great conversations and a realisation that my passion for live music music can be channelled by helping artists simply be the best version of themself on stage while I take care of everything else!

It’s never too late to do something for the first time. I really can’t justify any reason why it has taken to age 52, but the important thing is I’ve now given blood. Be the best you can be to let others have the performance of their life.

So yesterday I had an 8 hour round trip to Edinburgh by train only to have my plans for the quick visit thwarted by potential covid risk.

Did I get frustrated? Absolutely not. I gave thanks for the time I was gifted, in one of the world’s most beautiful cities.

While on a walk yesterday I completely missed this fantastic natural structure until I was on the way back and it was in plain sight.

Sometimes you have to make u-turns to find exactly what you are looking for. That can include changing career. For me, it was 22 years in one career before making the change.

Stepping back and recharging yourself will not only help you, but will bring a better version of you to your work. Win win.
